Eternal youth and striking beauty is what we all strive for; however, time is not on our side. Can we fight it? Certainly, but only by joining the powers of quality cosmetic products, little daily rituals and healthy dietary habits!

However, wherever we turn, different people offer different advice regarding the proper skin care routine, and we often find ourselves confused by which one we should follow. Avoid long showers

After a hard day at work, long, hot, steamy shower is what we strive for, but not many of us are aware of the fact that this few minutes of enjoyment strip our skin of moisture and wash away natural protective oils. For this reason, it’s advisable to limit your showering routine to no more than 10 minutes and keep the water mild.

Care for your neck and chest area

Furthermore, with spinach, chard, kale, and other dark leafy greens in your morning, antioxidant-rich smoothie, you can rid your skin and body of all toxins.

Healthy fats

Although fats are the first ones out when switching to a healthy nutrition plan, the fact is – they are essential for our skin, since they provide moisture. It is vital to consume foods rich with omega-3 fatty acids, like fish, chia seeds, as well as monounsaturated fats found in avocados, walnuts and olive oil.

Cleanse the environment
